You might be losing right now, but you are not a loser.
There are times in our lives when we hit our lowest point. We don’t know how we’re going to come back from the fall. We don’t know if we will be able to even make it through the next day.
Well, let me tell you this.
No matter how far you fall. No matter how betrayed you feel. No matter how low your confidence has fallen. You will get up again. You won’t stay on the ground broken and defeated. You are a winner and you know who you are.
Here are 5 methods that will help you get your confidence and fierceness back.
1. Keep Your Integrity
Being lied to is devastating, but whatever happens, always take the high road. Your values are distinctly aligned with who you are. Don’t drive over to his place in the middle of the night to TP his house or key his car (do it in your mind).
Value your honesty, good heart, and empathy. You might have been crushed and taken advantage of, but your integrity will get you back to where you need to be. All the way up.
2. Health Is Wealth
Keep fitness at the forefront of your mind. When you look better, you feel better.
Fitness and healthy eating give you an inner confidence that a barbecue won’t be able to. Getting up and simply walking is an excellent way to start working out. Do your very best to stay busy and active.
Motion creates emotion, so you will start feeling better in no time.Keep fitness at the forefront of your mind. When you look better, you feel better. Click To Tweet
3. Strength In Numbers
Having a strong group of friends around you can be the best support you can have. These are girlfriends (and a few good male ones to stunt and make your ex jealous – joking!) They are the ones in the trenches with you. They’re not the friends who are only around for the good times when you feel on top of the world. These are friends who love you even when you are down and out. They can pick you back up sometimes when you stumble, so you won’t always have to.

Tanecia sure knows what it’s like to lose in love. And she certainly experienced being at an all-time low. But eventually, she realized her worth. Read King Of The Streets, Queen Of His Heart to find out how she dealt with her break up.
4. Have A Vision
Don’t be wandering around aimlessly for ages. It’s not cute. Have a goal and visualize what you want your life to look like in a day, a week, a month, a year, and so on. No matter how much it hurts right now in this very moment, it will get better tomorrow. The pain will hurt less and less than just like that; boop, it’s gone.
5. Keep The Faith
God has got you. In everything, there is a blessing and a lesson. Keep this in mind, and you will be better and stronger for it.God has got you. In everything, there is a blessing and a lesson. Click To Tweet
