Value your honesty, good heart, and empathy. You might have been crushed and taken advantage of, but your integrity will get you back to where you need to be. All the way up.

Keep fitness at the forefront of your mind. When you look better, you feel better.

Fitness and healthy eating give you an inner confidence that a barbecue won’t be able to. Getting up and simply walking is an excellent way to start working out. Do your very best to stay busy and active.

3. Strength In Numbers

Having a strong group of friends around you can be the best support you can have. These are girlfriends (and a few good male ones to stunt and make your ex jealous – joking!) They are the ones in the trenches with you. They’re not the friends who are only around for the good times when you feel on top of the world. These are friends who love you even when you are down and out. They can pick you back up sometimes when you stumble, so you won’t always have to.
